Be a constant role model by maintaining personal accuracy and knowledge of all policies and procedures within the clinic for multiple roles. Be an active presence on the clinic floor, managing a fast-paced office flow, ensuring patients find value in their appointments by being cared for in a timely manner with and EPIC level of quality. Assessing competency levels of staff to identify areas of improvement and growth for each individual member of your team which includes collaborating on performance reviews and applicable corrective action plans. Assure appropriate levels of medical supplies and equipment are in inventory to meet patient care needs. Providing and overseeing excellent customer service delivery, including advocating for the patient, listening to their concerns, and addressing issues promptly, courteously, and respectfully via face-to-face, telephone, email, and proper charting. Maintaining the facility to ensure it is clean, inviting, and fully functional. Hold team accountable for hitting key metrics and performance goals as well as following all company standard operating procedures. Support the EPIC vision and mission through active leadership, innovation, collaboration and living our values by maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications and Education Requirements Proven work experience as a high performing Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager, or relevant role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships and motivating others. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Technologically literate enough to navigate an Electronic Health Record, the Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools used at EPIC Health Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities both independently and as a team Positive role model and proactive mentality Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Come with 3+ years of leadership/business experience or believe you're ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you every single day. Have a degree in business or healthcare related field.
