Southfield, MI Position Summary The Practice Site Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned practice site operations, ensuring staff deliver high-quality service while maintaining compliance with organizational standards. This role is responsible for staff development, performance management, and supporting the implementation of departmental initiatives and new services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff at assigned practice site. Lead the onboarding, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of team members to promote professional growth and operational excellence. Assist with staff performance evaluations, providing ongoing feedback and development support. Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, committees, and workgroups to address operational challenges and support the implementation of new programs and services. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports employee engagement and high-quality patient/customer service. Monitor workflow, productivity, and service standards to ensure efficient and effective operations. Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance and problem resolution as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
