This pivotal role combines strong leadership, financial acumen, and healthcare management expertise to ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining operational excellence. The Orthodontic Manager will coordinate clinical activities, manage staff, oversee financial performance, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Supervise clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment Oversee daily practice operations, including patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and workflow optimization Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing, and revenue cycle processes using systems like Eaglesoft and Dentrix Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and other healthcare standards including JCAHO accreditation requirements Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records Coordinate with dental professionals on treatment plans, patient progress, and clinical protocols Implement human resources policies related to staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee development Monitor practice performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in clinic experience Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or dental office experience with a focus on orthodontics or dental clinics Strong supervisory skills with previous supervising or team leadership roles in healthcare settings Proficiency in practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with Epic or similar hospital systems is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology, medical administrative support procedures, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance Demonstrated fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management Experience with medical office operations involving acute care or hospital environments is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Background in human resources practices within healthcare settings including staff recruitment and training Join us as an Orthodontic Manager to lead our practice with energy and purpose!
