Practice Manager

The Harmony Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, entire payroll process including monthly, quarterly multi-state reporting, monthly sales entries, monthly and quarterly multi-state sales tax, monthly journal entries, preparing monthly financial statements, prepare year end closing. Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments to all vendors. Monitor key performance indicators. Assist in inventory as needed. Strategic marketing of the business. Assist in hiring staff, staff promotions, and other HR duties. Manage online stores and all pricing. Provide applicable financial analysis of appropriate areas. Work independently. Report business results, identify budget variances and other issues. Manage all employee benefits including any annual reports needed. Assist with special projects as required. Work with sales representatives and distributors. Strong analytical skills and understanding of the entire accounting process preferred. Backup as needed office manager, receptionist, inventory and scheduling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting with demonstrated competence in staff management. Prior managerial and HR experience preferred. QuickBooks experience preferred.
