Job Summary About Bardo Bardo is a small, nonprofit residential end-of-life home offering 24/7 care in a warm, home-like setting. We believe that dying is a profound human experience — and we are dedicated to surrounding our residents and their families with dignity, presence, and compassionate support. This role is an opportunity to bring your clinical skills and your heart to work every day. What You'll Do Support the onsite Nurse Practitioner in maintaining and updating medication administration records (MARs) and assist with medication-related documentation as needed Provide skilled, compassionate support to residents and families navigating the end-of-life journey as needed Answer incoming calls and assist with the admissions process, including gathering information and coordinating with the care team and discharge locations Organize and manage clinical and administrative paperwork to keep operations running smoothly as well as create systems to help with organizational flow. Serve as a key support person for our Executive Director/ Nurse Practitioner, assisting with day-to-day operational needs Help maintain a calm, organized environment that reflects Bardo's commitment to care and presence to all who enter-- including our incredible team. Who You Are Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in the state of Minnesota Experience in end-of-life, hospice, or palliative care — or a deep calling toward this work Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with ease
