In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, bilingual or multilingual, and thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused setting. Duties Manage all front desk functions, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and swift resolution Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring phone etiquette is professional across multi-line phone systems Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently Implement hospitality standards to enhance guest relations and ensure compliance with hotel policies Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially at the front desk or guest services department Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume phone interactions professionally Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments preferred Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest!
