- $90,000 annual salary Opportunity for long-term Advancement High-visibility role working directly with organizational leadership Growing physician practice serving senior living communities throughout Minnesota Meaningful work that directly improves patient care and provider success Strong culture built around Collaboration , accountability, and service Ability to influence processes, workflows, and future Strategy What You'll Be DoingPractice Operations & Provider Support Oversee the daily Operations and success of Twin Cities Physicians Coordinate provider schedules, including on-call coverage and schedule changes Support physician, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant onboarding Assist with EMR training and ongoing provider support Help create operational consistency across partner communities Support employee reviews, performance tracking, and confidential personnel matters Relationship Management & Community Partnerships Travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro to meet with existing and prospective partners Build and maintain strong Partnerships with senior living communities and healthcare organizations Serve as a liaison between Providers , community leadership, and internal teams Help improve communication, responsiveness, and overall service experience Strategic Growth & Process Improvement Identify workflow gaps and implement operational improvements Contribute ideas that support organizational Growth Assist with business development and relationship-building initiatives Help drive operational Innovation and efficiency Organize and facilitate internal meetings to maintain alignment and accountability Qualifications Healthcare experience required Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, practice management, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Experience working with EMR systems Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information About Twin Cities Physicians Twin Cities Physicians partners with senior living communities across Minnesota to provide coordinated, on-site medical care for residents.
