This role focuses on veterinary hospital administration, executing operational plans, staff training, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, staffing, safety and security, and supporting the hospital's long-term sustainability. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Partner DVM or the Chief Veterinary Officer. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3+ years veterinary experience Minimum 3+ year of management experience in any industry Hospital budget management experience Proficiency in veterinary practice management systems and processes Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning

Scope:

Lead and effectively utilize a high-performing support staff Ensure the medical staff and facility remain compliant with all applicable federal rules and regulations Ensure all licenses remain current and compliant with state and federal regulations.
