Veterinary Practice Manager - Minneapolis MN Veterinary Minneapolis, Minnesota Direct-Hire Mar 24, 2026 Veterinarian Practice Manager - Minneapolis MN The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of coordination, supervisory, and operational functions within the hospital. This role focuses on veterinary hospital administration, executing operational plans, staff training, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, staffing, safety and security, and supporting the hospital's long-term sustainability. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Partner DVM or the Chief Veterinary Officer. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 3+ years veterinary experience Minimum 3+ year of management experience in any industry Hospital budget management experience Proficiency in veterinary practice management systems and processes Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
Scope:
Lead and effectively utilize a high-performing support staff Ensure the medical staff and facility remain compliant with all applicable federal rules and regulations Ensure all licenses remain current and compliant with state and federal regulations. The compensation for this position ranges from $45,500.00 - $65,000.00/yr classified as hourly non-exempt and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
