Clinic Specialty Director

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is seeking a Clinic Specialty Director to join our team of experienced professionals! CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

A typical day will include:

Overseeing daily operations for specialty clinics, including financial administration, personnel, and monitoring. Conducts regular meetings with clinic managers and all clinic employees Compiles and prepares budgetary, billing, and financial reports Completes and submits employee performance evaluations, and actively participates in performance improvement processes Coordinates recruitment efforts for temporary and permanent staff members Seeks contract opportunities as appropriate Monitors clinic productivity

Job Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of an accredited college with a Master's Degree in Business or health-related field

Experience:

5 or more years of experience as a clinic manager

Skills:

Leadership, budgeting, organization, time management, computer skills The position is: Full-time, days
