$65K-$75K per year dependent on experience and skillset

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development. Manage operations, including scheduling and inventory management. Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience. Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting. Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action. Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system #PRACMNGR
