This program offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, day care services for children under 12, individual and group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatry and medicated assisted treatment. What You'll Do Coordinate and provide the day-to-day support services needed in the operation of our two Substance Abuse Offices. Direct the daily operations of the office using the centralized client paperwork, insurance verification, and intake process. Oversee the overall client experience from first contact to ongoing services by overseeing the administrative aspects of client paperwork, providing a welcoming client environment and assisting with wait lists, transfers, and referrals in collaboration with access specialist team. Coordinate hiring, orientation, development and coaching/counseling of all assigned team members. This also includes directing, training, and managing staff with duties included in the client workflow. Ensure the medical office is appropriately staffed and provides backup coverage as needed. Ensure daily cash reconciliation of collected client payments is balanced and processed to send to centralized accounting. Requirements of the Position Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent discipline from an accredited university preferred; minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of similar position-related experience required. Knowledge of client intake and billing in a healthcare environment. Proficiency gained through prior employment and training in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and patient registration systems preferred. Familiarity with agency specific EHR system (i.e. Qualifacts CareLogic) is highly preferred. Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as G-Suite. Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
