Grandview, MO Overview:
Grandview Animal Hospital in Grandview, Missouri is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with the expectation to support on the floor as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and patient care Lead, develop, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals Collaborate with medical leadership to support high-quality medicine Provide hands-on support on the floor Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency Track financial performance and clinic KPIs Recruit, train, and retain top talent Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications:
2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service Veterinary technician experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient with practice management software and basic financial reporting Ability to multitask and lead with empathy, accountability, and confidence
