What You'll Do:
Lead daily branch operations and ensure compliance Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team Drive loan growth, collections, and overall profitability Review and approve loan applications Handle customer challenges with professionalism and solutions Build strong community relationships to grow the branch Set goals, track performance, and push your team to win
What You Bring:
