We are dedicated to providing effective, reliable pest control and wildlife management services with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction. Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily office functions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating schedules, and supporting team members to ensure smooth business workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks, filing systems, and front desk duties Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities to promote efficiency Oversee scheduling and calendar management for staff appointments, meetings, and service calls Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing payments through QuickBooks, and maintaining supplier relationships Coordinate event planning for company meetings, community outreach, or promotional activities Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, training & development initiatives, and maintaining personnel records Manage payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee office equipment maintenance Experience Proven supervising experience in an administrative or office management role Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for payroll and bookkeeping tasks Experience in event planning, vendor management, and schedule coordination Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, training, and employee recordkeeping Familiarity with medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette professionally Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing systems and calendar management Prior office experience in clerical or administrative roles is essential Join us to lead our office operations with energy and precision!
