Home Health / Healthcare Operations Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Business Manager to support daily operations for a growing home health organization serving the St. Louis community. This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands home health workflows, and enjoys supporting both business growth and patient-centered care initiatives. Position Overview The Office Manager / Business Manager will oversee office operations, support onboarding of new clients and referral partners, coordinate administrative workflows, and assist with operational and business development initiatives supporting continued organizational growth.
