Days Position Overview:
Practice Manager As a Practice Manager at Mercy, you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice. You'll oversee daily workflows, manage and support caregivers, and drive initiatives that enhance patient care, team performance, and practice growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leading with compassion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the practice Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture Contribute to strategic planning and practice development
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (education may substitute for experience)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or supervisory role (unless preferred education is met)
