Job Description

As a Dental Office Manager, do you have the support to provide the best patient experience possible OR, is something missing? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our team and provide optimal dental health for every member of the family. This hands-on leader will play an intricate role in our success by executing each aspect of our operations at the high level. What you'll do as an
Office Manager:
Manage daily operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility Deliver treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand the importance of their oral health and moving forward with treatment Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member's success and development Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating compassion, responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Dental Office Manager with strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance claims, billing, and front office systems
  • Highly effective with treatment plan presentations, financial discussions, and case acceptance
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both patients and team members
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software; Open Dental experience strongly preferred, we can train the right candidate.
  • Stable work history demonstrated on resume
