This position requires an individual with sufficient front office proficiency to recognize when a front office is functional optimally and when a corrections must be made. We are also seeking an individual who embodies our five guiding principles: Ethical

Duties Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality, prompt patient interactions. Knowledge of the patient flow and cash flow tendencies in a dental practice and what Key Point Indicators (KPI) must be tracked in order to monitor practice health and make informed decisions. Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting using systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Curve Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development as needed by the dentist. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information Coordinate with medical and dental professionals to streamline practice management processes and optimize patient outcomes Additional office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping Schedule meetings and appointments Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Understands dental insurance, dental billing, and online collections Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time Provide general support to visitors Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Update online marketing and help with social media presence Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare administration with a strong background in medical office operations Familiarity with practice management software such as Curve Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams within a dental setting Knowledge of dental terminology, Strong fiscal skills including budgeting, financial management, billing procedures, and managed care processes Experience in dental assisting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, providers, patients, and external partners
