Job Description

The A Place For Grace Office Manager is a fundamental person on our team. This individual is a source of connection between all of the therapists who own and operate their own Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Office Manager's primary role is to organize and coordinate office administration procedures, ensure organizational effectiveness, and create systems for organizational safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication processes, streamlining administrative procedures, and sustaining inventory control. This role requires the individual to handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and clinically related tasks. This position requires a person to be equipped to work independently with limited supervision. This position requires a person to engage in organized, flexible, and proactive person-focused communication while managing situations connected to our diverse working community. A Place for Grace uses a diverse platform of resources to complete a variety of tasks. These resources include but are not limited to Microsoft Office, Google, Hibu, Facebook, etc. A person in this role will be required to learn these resources and execute tasks in these platforms daily. A Place for Grace uses a servant leadership approach for clients, peers, and community. A crucial role for our Office Manager is an awareness of their connection to our service base community and demonstration of this leadership style. We want to empower this individual to have a positive attitude and welcoming personality that creates and sustains our diverse community of providers and their wellness services.
