We are seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to take ownership of our beautiful, state-of-the-art hospital and pet resort. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring our facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day. Just as important—this role is for someone who truly loves animals. You'll be working in an environment surrounded by dogs, cats, and the people who care deeply for them, so being a genuine pet lover is essential to thriving here. About the Role This is not just a maintenance position. We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Anticipates problems before they happen Thinks strategically about maintaining and improving a complex facility Enjoys being part of a team that is passionate about animal care You'll support both our veterinary hospital and pet resort , helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and team members alike. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of building maintenance and repair (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general upkeep) Manage a preventative maintenance program Coordinate and manage outside vendors and service providers Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards Maintain and troubleshoot facility-related equipment and systems Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed Identify and lead facility improvement projects What We're Looking For 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working with vendors and contractors Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Highly organized, dependable, and proactive Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset A genuine love for animals and comfort working in a pet-focused environment Bonus points for: Experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or hospitality setting Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems or software Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health benefits Paid time off Employee pet care discounts Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organization Why Harmony?
