Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Dental Operations Manager to oversee the daily business operations, lead our incredible team, and drive the strategic growth of the practice. In this role, you won't just be managing schedules you will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring seamless coordination between the clinical and administrative teams while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere our patients love.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture:

Foster a positive, collaborative, and lively work environment. Lead daily huddles, manage staff schedules, handle conflict resolution, and support team development and hiring.

Patient Experience:

Oversee the patient journey from first contact to check-out. Ensure the front desk team delivers world-class customer service, manages phone scripts effectively, and maintains a full, productive schedule.

Financial & Practice Metrics:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage accounts receivable/payable, oversee insurance billing and collections, and present clear monthly financial reports.

Operational Efficiency:

Optimize office workflows, utilize advanced dental technology (including digital systems and intraoral scanning integration workflows), and manage inventory and dental supply budgets.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure the practice remains fully compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.

What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years of experience managing a dental practice (multi-provider or high-growth independent practice experience is a major plus).

Leadership Style:

A natural leader who motivates with positivity, leads by example, and values clear, open communication.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with modern dental software, digital radiography, and cloud-based office management tools.

Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance navigation, scheduling optimization, and P&L tracking.
