We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospital and support our growing team. Position Overview The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting staff development, and ensuring the hospital runs efficiently. This role works closely with the practice owner to maintain high standards of patient care, client service, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow Maintain efficient scheduling and staffing coverage Staff Leadership Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members Manage staff scheduling and PTO requests Support team development and performance evaluations Address employee concerns and help maintain a positive work environment Client Experience Assist with resolving escalated client concerns Monitor client feedback and online reviews Administrative & Financial Track key practice metrics and operational performance Manage vendor relationships and service agreements Maintain regulatory and safety compliance documentation Qualifications 2+ years of veterinary hospital experience Previous leadership or management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Employee pet care discounts Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility depending on clinic needs.

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
