Lumedica is seeking an office manager to support our team.

Responsibilities for Office Manager Ability to multi-task; must be multi-functional Possess strong organizational skills; a keen eye for detail Tracks inventory and incoming orders Orders parts and supplies for production, development and office Tracks receipts and categorizes expenses in QuickBooks and Excel Maintains and updates the company calendar Reconciles all credit card and bank statements Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares mail, messages Makes conference, meeting, and travel arrangements for all personnel Composes, types, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports Files and maintains records and maintains company archives Maintains and updates Office operations Manual Assist with assembly of printed training materials like manuals and handouts Provides assistance to
CEO & CTO
as needed Maintains strict confidentiality on all matters related to the company Requirements for Office Manager Minimum High School Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 3 years of work experience with 5 years preferred. Experience with basic accounting packages like QuickBooks, and familiarity with inventory management tools, (preferred MRPEasy), Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and cloud data storage. Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
