Our fast-growing, high-production private dental practice is expanding and looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Confidently present comprehensive treatment plans and close cases at a high level Lead new patient conversion through exceptional communication and relationship-building Optimize scheduling and patient flow to maximize provider productivity Educate patients on insurance benefits, financial options, and treatment value Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, five-star patient experience Maintain accurate records and ensure full HIPAA compliance Mentor and support team members on treatment planning, case presentation, and patient communication best practices (key growth responsibility) Identify opportunities to improve processes and patient conversion systems Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a high-production private practice Strong track record of high case acceptance and new patient conversion Solid knowledge of dental procedures, insurance workflows, advanced coding, and financial arrangements Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Exceptional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Leadership potential!
