Come help us make Garner a better place, one smile at a time! Position Responsibilities The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice. They will be relied upon to lead team members and partner with our dentists to ensure the schedule runs efficiently and productively.
Other responsibilities include:
Business partner to the doctor and leadership team. Oversee daily operations including patient and employee relations, managing team productivity, monitoring the schedule for opportunities and efficiency. Completes administrative tasks, such as practice performance report, bank deposits, revenue posting, staff payroll, manage accounts receivable and invoice processing. Foster strong culture within the practice. Ensure continued excellence for the patient experience. Manage office supplies inventory in partnership with ordering assistant. Recruiting/staffing Train, coach and develop team members Qualifications 1+ years management experience within a dental office Working interview REQUIRED- will be scheduled for a 1/2 day Monday-Thursday Experience driving production goals. Well versed in Dental Terminology, ADA codes, Insurance benefits and claims processing. Open Dental experience preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Results driven leader with excellent follow through.
