Practice Manager - Aesthetic Practice Hickory, NC Area $65,000-$70,000 DOE + Performance-Based Bonus Full-Time | Benefits Included An established and growing aesthetic practice in the Hickory, NC area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and help maintain a professional, patient-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic or cosmetic practice setting. The Practice Manager will support overall practice flow, team coordination, patient experience, and day-to-day operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day practice operations Support administrative and clinical team workflows Manage scheduling coordination, inventory oversight, reporting, and operational organization Ensure a high level of patient experience and professionalism Support practice initiatives, promotions, and occasional events Help maintain efficient communication and team collaboration across departments Qualifications Previous experience in a med spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice preferred Experience with PatientNow is strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment Professional, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000-$70,000 DOE Performance-based bonus opportunity Health insurance contribution 401(k) match after eligibility period PTO and paid holidays
