Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager, where your leadership and organizational skills will drive the success of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a welcoming environment for patients. Your expertise in medical office management and strong financial acumen will help optimize clinic performance and enhance patient care. Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experiences Manage financial activities including budgeting, billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using Eaglesoft Oversee human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information Coordinate with clinical staff to support medical management, nursing duties, and acute care procedures within the dental setting Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to accurately document patient data and treatment plans Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness at all times Requirements Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with a strong background in medical administrative support Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing staff in a clinical or medical office environment Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial management, and managed care processes Experience working with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks in a hospital or clinic setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in dental healthcare administration.
