Job Description
Practice Manager Halo Concierge Health Raleigh, NC Job Details Full-time $60,000•$70,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Vendor relationship building Private practice experience Operational management Communication platforms Business management Staffing management Full Job Description About This Role Most Practice Manager job descriptions read like a list of duties. This one isn't going to. We're looking for someone who reads a posting like this and thinks "finally, someone gets it." The question we really want to ask is this: are you the kind of person who looks at a thriving business and immediately starts seeing what it could become next? If so, keep reading. About Halo Halo Concierge Health isn't a traditional primary care practice. We're not a med spa. We're not a hormone clinic, a peptide clinic, or a wellness brand trying to look like a medical practice. We're something new: a physician-led, integrative concierge practice that combines longevity strategy, embedded clinical care, and integrative regenerative aesthetics under one roof and one cohesive plan. We've outgrown our startup phase, have a strong clinical team, and a brand people are starting to notice across The Triangle, NC area. What we need now is someone to help us build the operational backbone that lets us scale without losing what makes Halo, Halo. What You Would Do You would be the operational center of the practice including but not limited to overseeing staffing, scheduling, vendor relationships, patient experience standards, workflow design, and the dozens of small decisions that determine whether a Tuesday runs smoothly or runs sideways. You would partner closely with our Executive Team and Medical Director, and with our clinical leadership on the unglamorous-but-critical work of making a practice scalable. Here's the part most job descriptions skip, and the part we want to be honest about: we don't have this role fully defined, and we don't want to. We want someone who shows up with real practice management experience and then partner with us to define the role as the practice grows. If you've ever sat in a Practice Manager role and thought "I could do so much more here if anyone would let me", this is your opportunity. What You Bring The right person brings real practice management experience, ideally from a concierge, integrative, functional, or aesthetic practice, though a sharp operator from a strong traditional practice will absolutely be considered. You're comfortable with healthcare technology including EMR/EHR, scheduling platforms, communication tools, and CRM. You're an executive-level communicator who can sit in a room with physicians, vendors, patients, and the CEO without changing personalities between them. What This Role Isn't It isn't for someone who needs a complete job description before they can start working. It isn't for someone who treats the front desk like it's beneath them. It isn't for someone who's burned out and looking to coast. Ultimately, the people who thrive at Halo think like owners, not employees. What We Offer A direct line to the COO and to clinical leadership: your ideas get heard Real influence over how a category-defining healthcare brand evolves. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a benefits package, and access to Halo's wellness, longevity, and integrative aesthetic services for you and your family. The chance to help build multiple locations How to Apply Send us your resume and instead of a generic cover letter, tell us in a paragraph or two what you'd want to build, fix, or change in your first 90 days at a practice you've never worked in.•Halo Concierge Health is an equal opportunity employer. We hire for character, capability, and cultural fit, and we welcome candidates from every background who share our commitment to redefining what healthcare can be.•every step of the way.
