Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles. Oversee scheduling, patient intake, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain compliance with
OSHA/HIPAA
standards and other regulatory requirements. Utilize medical office software for practice management tasks. Maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Onboarding new employees. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role is required. Familiarity with practice management systems such as Veradigm (Allscripts) PM Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
