Chiropractic Office Manager

Fast paced office looking for a qualified office manager to run our medical rehabilitation facility. All applicants must be motivated to work hard alongside other staff, posses superior communication skills and be highly organized. Computer knowledge and office experience required. An essential part of this job includes the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm and interest! Responsibilities Greeting patients, help them complete their paperwork, and schedule follow up appointments. Patient care is our top priority! Follow daily protocol and stay in constant contact with corporate office. Aid and assist MD, NP and chiropractor as well as other support staff when necessary Skills Proven work experience as a medical office manager Knowledge administrative processes and principles Ability to handle medical records discreetly and professionally Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Communication skills and a customer service orientation

Requirements:

High School Diploma or

GED 6-12

months relevant experience strongly recommended in a rehab setting or office setting
