Job Description

Downtown Dental is looking to hire a front desk professional to add to our team. The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities include:
scheduling dental appointments, creating insurance estimates, accepting payments, working with insurance companies, answering incoming phone calls, referring to specialty offices, and helping with other administrative tasks that facilitate in the efficient running of the dental office. Proficiency with computers is required. We are looking for a reliable individual with a positive and upbeat attitude. A college degree is preferred, but not required. Experience in a dental or medical office is also preferred, but not required. This is a full time position, typical hours being Monday through Thursday from 7:45-5:15 and Friday's from 7:45-2:15. Benefits include 401k, dental care, and more. Wage is DOE.
