Job Description

Are you a strong, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting? We're seeking a Practice Manager to drive operations, support staff, and enhance patient care at a busy ophthalmology clinic.

Lind Eyecare & Optical, Kearney, NE
WHAT WE OFFER

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and patient flow. Lead and mentor non-clinical staff while fostering a culture of service and accountability. Collaborate with clinical leaders to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
