Job Description
Founded in 1948, Dover Pediatrics is a privately owned pediatric group providing comprehensive, family-centered healthcare to children from birth through adolescence. As a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, our team of board-certified pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and pediatric-trained medical and administrative staff is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to families in Dover, NH, and surrounding communities. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Practice Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our practice. This leadership role ensures smooth daily operations, exceptional patient experiences, and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily workflows, scheduling, patient registration, and records management to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Manage budgets, billing/collections, payroll, and accounts payable.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative (and some clinical) staff; manage schedules and employee relations.
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Address concerns, enhance customer service, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Optimize use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and related systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors, insurance providers, and partner organizations.
- Partner with physicians to develop and implement goals and initiatives for practice improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and billing.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance.
- Experience with EHR systems and related office technology.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
