Then, you'll use your logistical wizardry to match the right LNA with the right client. It's like running a matchmaking service, but with more background checks and fewer awkward first dates. What You'll Actually Be Doing (Responsibilities):
Playing Calendar Tetris:
You will manage, manipulate, and master the master schedule. When an LNA calls out, you are the hero who rearranges the pieces so our clients are never left hanging.
Talent Scouting & Vibe Checking:
You'll sift through resumes, conduct interviews, and use your excellent intuition to separate the true caregivers from the \"professional ghosters.\" Being the Face of the

You are the first-person applicants meet and the main voice our LNAs hear. You'll keep morale high and make sure everyone feels supported, heard, and organized. Wrangling the

Background checks, certifications, onboarding docs—you'll make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed so we stay compliant and stress-free.
Crisis Taming:
When a schedule conflict arises at 8:00 AM, you won't panic. You will channel your inner diplomat, find a solution, and keep the ship sailing smoothly. What We're Looking For (Requirements): Black Belt in
Organization:
If your personal life is a chaotic mess, that's fine—but your professional life must be color-coded, alphabetized, and hyper-efficient.
A World-Class Personality Detector:
You can spot an unreliable interview candidate from a mile away, but you also know how to spot a diamond in the rough who just needs a chance.
Unshakeable Patience:
You can handle a ringing phone, an LNA changing their availability for the third time this week, and an office printer jam all at the same time without losing your cool. Tech-Fluent (or a Fast Learner): You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to navigate WellSky scheduling software, email, and spreadsheets without calling tech support for a forgotten password. Healthcare Experience (A Huge Plus, But Not Required): If you already know what an LNA does and understand the unique chaos of home care, you'll fit right in. If not, a willingness to learn the ropes quickly is a must.
