Full Job Description Description:
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented Practice Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee all administrative operations in our dental practice. A candidate who has the ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, and stay organized. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Duties and responsibilities of the Practice Manager include, but are not limited to: Providing oversight and direction to the team to ensure the consistent delivery of adequate customer service; Participating in the interview process of all potential staff and providing support in the orientation and training of new team members; Collaborating with the Regional Practice Manager, and Director of Operations to ensure consistent and efficient operation of the office including staffing, training, and scheduling; Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to perform and develop in their respective duties; Manage and direct staff assignments and activities, in accordance with office policy and applicable laws; Participate in marketing goals and objectives; Oversee patient relationships and manage patient complaints; Coordinate monthly staff meetings Engage in conflict resolution and conduct disciplinary action when necessary; Ensure compliance of all office staff to HIPAA regulations relating to patient records and privacy as well as state and federal regulations governing clinical practice; •Full Job description to be discussed during interview process
