Position Summary The Dental Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient patient flow, and excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups Supervise and train front-office and support staff Handle billing, insurance claims, and collections Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations Monitor inventory and order dental and office supplies as needed Assist in marketing initiatives and patient retention programs Address patient concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with the dentist and team to improve office efficiency and patient experience
Requirements:
Prior dental office experience is a plus and an added advantage Leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) helpful Immediate joiner preferred
