Job Description

DAG(Dental Arts Group) is looking for their next star office manager to join a happy, dynamic group of people, passionate about providing amazing care to our patients while living our motto of "Happiness Happens Here" everyday. Your job will be to develop and maintain relationships with teammates and doctors Maintain the practice budget. Analyze the P & L, propose and implement solutions to improving areas of concern Emphasize communication by coaching team members on systems and communication tools Evaluate patient flow to identify marketing needs and areas of improvement Providing excellent patient service by coaching teammates on amazing customer service. Providing expectations and support for team members to complete practice reports effectively and efficiently Hiring team members to fulfil the practices needs This includes but is not limited to: assigning tasks per scope of practice/job description and using/creating tools to ensure tasks are complete in support of the practice's goals, ability to identify gaps in performance and opportunities for coaching/additional training, performance management, both informal and formal check-ins and reviews. Works with the providers to communicate complex treatment plans and payment options to patients. Oversee patient experience to achieve amazing wow service one of our core values. Collaborates with teammates to meet and exceed our monthly revenue goals, patient experience goals and expense projections. Addresses patients complaints in a timely and compassionate manner. Assume accountability and ownership of the practice to achieve all our goals with the help of teammates. Interacts with patients to gain real-time feedback of their visit. Leads practice team onboarding , training, and meetings, focused on teammates performance, coaching and living the DAG core values. Perform random audits of member's charts in conjunction with Chief dental officer to confirm clinical quality is upheld by clinical staff and efficiency (i.e., time studies). Works with regional manager to manage and improve the performance of teammates. Cultivates an exemplary customer experience for patients and staff. Manage doctor, hygiene & staff schedules to optimize the patient experience, align with volume expectations, and meet practice performance targets and patient's convenience. Sense of urgency and ownership around scheduling templates. This includes regular audits, partnering with the team to create same-day treatment opportunities, and urgency around scheduling treatment within 2 weeks of diagnosis. Ensures start/end of day procedures are followed with consistency.
