Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager specializing in Healthcare Operations and Business Development to lead our administrative and operational functions within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This pivotal role combines office management expertise with strategic business growth initiatives, ensuring seamless clinic operations, compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering strong relationships with patients and partners. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager who can lead office operations, manage staff, and actively contribute to the growth and expansion of our medical network by visiting and coordinating with multiple office locations. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Supervise front desk staff, medical assistants, and office personnel Ensure smooth patient scheduling and workflow management Monitor staff performance and office productivity Maintain professional communication between providers, management, and staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee training Ensure compliance with healthcare office policies and procedures Coordinate operations between multiple office locations Visit different offices to support business growth and operational expansion Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and office efficiency Resolve administrative and operational issues in a timely manner Maintain office records, reports, and documentation Support upper management with business development initiatives Help implement new systems and operational improvements Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Manager, Healthcare Administrator, or similar leadership role Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Must be willing to travel between multiple office locations in New Jersey Knowledge of medical office operations and scheduling systems Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-location healthcare management Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Experience in business development or operational expansion is a plus Healthcare or medical office background preferred Job Type Full-time Location New Jersey (Must be willing to travel between office locations) Join us as an Office Manager - Healthcare Operations & Business Development to make a meaningful impact by streamlining healthcare services while fostering growth.
