Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical billing and coding . Computer proficiency is a requirement. The candidate will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office on a daily basis while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves managing medical records, fiscal responsibilities, and staff coordination to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards. Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for authorized personnel. Coordinate fiscal management activities including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting and improve patient flow. Supervise staff performance, providing training and support to enhance productivity and patient care. Qualifications Proven experience in office management within a healthcare setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. A degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
