Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will have prior dental office management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This role is critical to ensuring smooth office workflow, maximizing team productivity, and maintaining an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office Ensure efficient patient scheduling, confirmations, check-ins, and follow-ups Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate front-office and support staff Manage office performance, productivity, and workflow efficiency Handle billing, insurance verification, claims processing, collections, and payment arrangements Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance Monitor accounts receivable and assist in achieving financial goals Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and team members Resolve patient concerns and complaints professionally and promptly Manage office inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering of dental/office supplies Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development Track office KPIs, production goals, and patient retention metrics Assist with marketing initiatives, online reputation management, and patient engagement programs Ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff Collaborate closely with the dentist to improve office systems, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency Requirements Prior dental office management experience is
REQUIRED
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting preferred Strong knowledge of dental office workflows, insurance, and billing procedures Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Strong organizational and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Experience managing staff schedules, collections, and patient relations Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us?
