Pediatric Dental Manager Full Time Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Supervise and train dental staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Oversee appointment scheduling and patient records management using dental software. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized office. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the patient experience. Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. Generate reports and analyze practice performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dental office manager. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and office management software. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient-centered approach. Experience with dental billing, insurance claims, and patient management systems. Positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families.
