Job Description

Medical Office Practice Manager Kymera is seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Office Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hobbs clinic. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, supporting staff and providers, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient service.
  • Supervise Front Office functions and Medical Assistants, providing leadership to all support staff.
  • Manage clinic scheduling, patient flow, and capacity, optimizing provider productivity while minimizing waiting times.
  • Work with Provider on staffing needs, performance management, and administrative matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, provider, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Act as an advocate for both patients and staff, addressing concerns and improving overall experience.
  • Accurately navigate Electronic Medical Records with focus on monitoring schedules and utilizing generated reports to monitor staff workloads and identify unusual patterns.
  • Handle patient complaints with professionalism and timely resolution.
  • Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and availability.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Skills and Experience :
  • 3-4 yrs Managerial exp in Medical Office setting.
  • Applicants should demonstrate friendly, out-going attitude, tactful negotiation & organization skills, and the ability to work with patients, coordinate with outside organizations, and supervise/manage a large staff.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, costs analysis, medical equipment & pharmaceutical ordering processes, OSHA & HIPAA regulations, computer skills and ability to navigate EMR required.
Starting salary dependent on experience.
