This is a leadership role focused on improving efficiency, team performance, revenue growth, and overall patient experience. We are looking for someone who is both operationally strong and confident in driving sales, improving conversion, and leading a team to perform at a high level.

Full-time Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 total earnings potential
Base Salary:
$50,000 + performance-based bonuses
Location:
El Paso, TX / Sunland Park, NM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow Lead and manage staff, including training, performance, and accountability Optimize scheduling and patient flow Support revenue growth by improving conversion, follow-up, and overall patient experience Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints Train staff on communication, service presentation, and patient interactions Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships Maintain clinic standards, organization, and readiness Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Leadership Qualities We Value Strong business judgment and ability to make sound decisions Confidence in leading teams and holding others accountable Ability to solve problems quickly and take initiative Clear and effective communication A proactive mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement Financial awareness and understanding of how operations impact performance High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong balance of leadership, customer service, and results-driven thinking What We're Looking For Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience managing teams in a clinical or service-based setting Strong customer service mindset with high emotional intelligence Confidence in sales conversations and guiding patients appropriately Ability to improve conversion without being pushy Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Qualifications 3+ years of management experience (medical, aesthetics, wellness, or service-based business preferred) Previous experience in a sales-driven or client-facing role strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with scheduling systems and clinic operations Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred To Apply Please submit your resume and include a brief message answering the following: Describe your experience in both management and sales How do you improve team performance and customer experience?
