This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead data center infrastructure projects and work with a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure industry. The Practice Manager will oversee the execution of enterprise-level data center initiatives, ensuring project success from initiation to completion. Position Overview for the Practice Manager (PMO): Lead and manage a team of project managers, including coaching, performance management, hiring, and professional development. Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale IT projects and programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, governance, quality, and operational excellence. Own the commercial performance of the PMO practice, including financial targets, resource utilization, productivity, and service delivery outcomes. Drive growth and continuous improvement of the practice by developing delivery capabilities, standardizing processes, supporting sales efforts, and partnering with customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements for the Practice Manager (PMO): Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of management experience Experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects What's in it for you?
