Job Description
Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown is hiring a Front Office Manager to lead our guest service team who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The FOM directs and guides the activities of the Front Desk and Guest Services to create a special welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Front Office staff, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements. Ensure the smooth registration and cashiering functions of the Front Office. Reviews daily arrivals, group needs, and room assignments and coordinates with the Housekeeping Department. Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Acts in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of hotel guests and employees when senior management is not available.Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED. Prior hotel front desk experience or supervisory experience a must. Hilton experience is preferred. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving ability and proficiency in hotel property management systems. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.We Offer:
