Most physical therapy jobs ask you to manage a clinic. We are looking for someone to build one. Rise Therapy Partners is seeking an ambitious, growth-minded Physical Therapist to become the founding Clinic Director of our new Garden City South location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role from the beginning and help create the culture, patient experience, referral network, and clinical reputation of a brand-new outpatient rehabilitation practice. RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Leadership:
Deliver exceptional patient-centered care Maintain high-quality clinical outcomes Mentor therapists, aides, and students Support evidence-based practice initiatives Participate in quality improvement efforts
Operational Leadership:
Manage day-to-day clinic operations Monitor key performance indicators Ensure compliance and documentation standards Collaborate with administrative and billing teams Help implement new systems and technologies
Business Development:
Build relationships with physicians and referral sources Represent the clinic within the community Participate in networking and outreach initiatives Develop strategic partnerships that support clinic growth
Talent Development:
Assist with recruiting and onboarding Mentor developing clinicians Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence Support student clinical education programs
