Overview Join our vibrant, family-focused Fee For Service dental practice as an Office Manager and be at the heart of a team that truly cares! We see the entire family, pediatrics through Geriatrics. We're a cutting-edge, fully digital dental office specializing in implants, using advanced technology like CT scans, laser therapy and CEREC same appointment restorations. If you're a proactive team player with dental office experience (required) and office management experience (preferred), we want you! You'll lead customer relations, manage daily operations, and handle insurance verification (EagleSoft, Weave, Vyne ). Enjoy a balanced schedule (Monday to Thursday, 35 hours) without weekends, nights or major Holidays, a competitive $28/hour pay, and fantastic benefits: 401(k) with employer match, paid time off (two weeks vacation plus sick time), and annual merit-based reviews. Take your career to the next level—apply today! Duties Assist in managing the financial aspects of the practice, including Coding & billing and using systems such as
EAGLESOFT, WEAVE
patient communications and VYNE insurance processing and benefits verification Preparing end of day deposits Coordinating staff schedules, onboarding new team members, and assisting with performance evaluations. Supervise administrative staff and dental team members to promote a productive and positive work environment. Oversee medical records management, ensuring compliance withHIPAA & OSHA
regulations and proper documentation procedures within Electronic Health Records systems Eaglesoft, Weave and Vyne Trellis . Assist in clinic operations by coordinating patient flow, appointment scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist with procurement processes to optimize resource utilization. Support practice management initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance ADA and NYS standards Qualifications Proven experience in dental office administration Strong background in billing/accounts receivable, financial reports Familiarity with practice management systems such as Eaglesoft, Weave and Vyne Trellis Experience with Dental insurance coding, claims and processing Supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of Medical/Dental terminology, Dental records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a moderate-paced clinic setting. Prior dental office experience is highly preferred.
