Medical Practice Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare administration, and fiscal oversight. As a key leader within the practice, you will ensure efficient clinic functioning, compliance with healthcare regulations, and high-quality patient care delivery. Your expertise in managing staff, financial systems, and medical records will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth and compliant practice environement.

We will consider entry level condidate with minmum qualification of Bachelor in business administration.

Experience in managing pediatric office is a plus. Duties Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to optimize efficiency. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing processes, and cost control measures to ensure financial health of the practice. Supervise medical administrative support staff, nursing personnel, and office management teams to foster a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare policies related to patient privacy and safety. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix to maintain accurate medical records and facilitate seamless documentation. Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Oversee clinic management tasks such as inventory control for medical supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations. Implement practice management strategies that enhance patient satisfaction while adhering to healthcare regulations and managed care requirements. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within clinical settings. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and billing procedures. Supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams including nursing staff and administrative personnel. In-depth understanding of HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and medical records management. Experience with clinic operations in acute care or hospital environments preferred; Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in healthcare settings while maintaining high standards of quality care. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
