About the Role REV Facial Bar is seeking a driven, outgoing, self-motivated, and people-focused Practice Manager to lead our Middletown location. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and understands how to balance hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading the team, driving business performance, maintaining exceptional client experiences, and ensuring the continued success of the practice. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from start to finish Drive practice performance, including service, retail, and membership goals Manage payroll, inventory, expenses, and operational budgets Monitor KPIs and provide regular business updates to senior leadership Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism Support local partnerships, events, and community outreach efforts Oversee client communications, online reviews, and service recovery Coordinate facility maintenance and operational projects Step in and support the team wherever needed What We're Looking For 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or service-based industries (fitness, retail, restaurant, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) Proven success leading teams and achieving business goals Strong financial and operational management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable client experiences Positive, solution-oriented leadership style Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and taking care of people Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends Our Core Values At REV, our leaders: Put people first Lead with warmth and accountability Communicate with professionalism and positivity Inspire others to do their best work Take ownership and drive results Continuously learn and grow Benefits & Perks We believe great people deserve great benefits.
