Dental Practice Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our friendly, growing dental team at a growing dental office. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of our practice to ensure everything runs smoothly and our patients receive exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient records, scheduling, and office information systems Oversee and maintain the office facilities and overall workflow Provide high-level administrative support to the doctors and management team Foster strong cross-department communication and teamwork Handle general office tasks including supplies, mail, and keeping the workspace clean and organized Perform other duties as needed to support a positive and efficient office environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative services, office management, or a related field (dental or healthcare experience is a big plus) Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Proven leadership qualities and a team-player mindset

Pay:

$45,760.00 - $75,880.00 per year
